Limited Warranty Affirming Our Commitment to Quality and Service
SATZ warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship during manufacture. This warranty does not cover defects after the product has been put to use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage related to accident, misuse, improper care or negligence. Like any other product, our warranty does not cover damage resulting from airline or common carrier mishandling. If an airline or other carrier damages your luggage, you should immediately file a claim directly with them. For warranty service, please call or email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and location of the nearest Warranty Centre. Once RMA number is obtained, return product with proof of purchase at your expense to the Warranty Centre. Once item is received at the Warranty Centre an assessment would be made to verify if the anomaly conforms to our Warranty Policy. Items must be in new and used condition to be covered under our limited warranty. If SATZ determines that there is a covered defect, the product will be replaced, at SATZ’s option, with the same or similar product. The processing time can take up to six weeks. This warranty is in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties.
